Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of our website and our restoration services. We wrote them in plain language.

Our Services

Water Cleanup USA connects you with certified water damage restoration crews. We provide emergency water removal, structural drying, mold remediation, and related restoration services across the United States.

Every job starts with a written scope of work and price. You approve it before we begin. No work starts without your agreement.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates on this website are national ranges for reference only. Your actual price depends on your specific damage, water category, and location. Your technician provides a firm written quote on site before work begins.

Emergency dispatch carries no after-hours surcharge. Night, weekend, and holiday rates match our standard rates.

Your Responsibilities

Insurance Claims

We help document your damage for insurance claims. We bill insurers directly when you authorize it. However, your policy is a contract between you and your insurer. We cannot guarantee what your insurer covers or pays.

Website Content

Our guides and cost information are for general education. They do not replace professional advice for your specific situation. Always get an on-site assessment for your property.

You may share our content with credit and a link back. You may not copy our content to another website without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We perform our work to professional standards. Our liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, hidden conditions we could not reasonably detect, or delays caused by events outside our control.

Cancellation

You can cancel scheduled non-emergency work with 24 hours notice at no charge. Once emergency work has started, you pay for work already performed.

Disputes and Governing Law

We want to resolve problems by talking first. Call us and we will work to make it right. These terms follow the laws of the United States and the state where we performed the work. Any formal dispute goes to the courts in that state.

Severability

If a court finds one part of these terms invalid, the rest still applies. The invalid part gets replaced with terms that match the original intent as closely as the law allows.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. We post the new version here with a new date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
